facilities provided by Beyond Limits Academy.
If you do not intend to participate in our
training programs or access our services and
facilities, you are not required to accept
these terms.
Throughout these Terms and Conditions,
“You,” “Your” and “Yourself”
refer to the individual accessing our programs,
services or website and agreeing to these terms.
“We,” “Our” and “Us” refer to
Beyond Limits Academy.
Beyond Limits Academy reserves the right to
operate, update, modify and maintain the
information and content available through
beyondlimitsacademy.com.au.
Services
Beyond Limits Academy provides specialised driver training and support services for individuals with diverse needs and abilities.
This may include services for NDIS participants, TAC rehabilitation clients, WorkCover or WorkSafe-supported clients, DVA-supported veterans and privately funded clients.
Depending on the participant's needs and the service being delivered, support may include:
- Specialised driver training
- Mainstream driver training
- Online or classroom-based learning
- Occupational Therapy and healthcare collaboration
- Support involving vehicle modifications or adaptive driving equipment
- Qualified driving instructors and flexible scheduling
Our aim is to support safe, practical and individualised pathways toward greater independence, mobility and confidence behind the wheel.
Eligibility
Eligibility for individual programs or funding arrangements may depend on the requirements of the applicable program, funding body or referral pathway, including NDIS, TAC, WorkCover or WorkSafe and DVA.
Where age, residency, licensing, funding or other eligibility requirements apply, you are responsible for providing accurate information and confirming that you meet the relevant requirements before services commence.
Booking & Payment
Bookings for Beyond Limits Academy services may be made through our website, by telephone, through an approved referral pathway or in person.
Payment for services may be required in advance and may be made using credit card, debit card or another accepted payment method.
To help secure your preferred program, instructor, date or session time, we recommend booking in advance.
Where payment is required for a confirmed booking or rebooking, payment may be required within 24 hours of confirmation.
Confirmation information may be sent after a booking has been arranged. At the conclusion of a session, you may also be offered the opportunity to arrange further sessions.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund arrangements may depend on how much notice is provided before the scheduled training session.
If Beyond Limits Academy is able to fill a cancelled appointment with another client, the applicable cancellation fee may be waived.
Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable period using an appropriate payment method.
From time to time, we may need to reschedule a lesson, change the session time or arrange an alternative instructor. This may occur, for example, when an instructor is unavailable, becomes unwell or determines that continuing with a session may create a safety concern.
Code of Conduct
All clients, participants, representatives, visitors and website users are expected to behave respectfully and appropriately when interacting with Beyond Limits Academy, its staff, contractors and other clients.
Sexual harassment, threatening behaviour, intimidation, discrimination, abuse or other seriously inappropriate conduct may result in the immediate suspension or termination of services.
Website content must not be copied, modified, exploited, interfered with or used for unauthorised commercial purposes without permission.
Our website may rely on third-party providers and technology services. While reasonable efforts are made to provide reliable access, uninterrupted operation, continuous availability or error-free service cannot always be guaranteed.
Liability & Driving Risk
Beyond Limits Academy takes reasonable steps to provide safe and effective driver training. Driving, however, involves inherent risks that cannot be completely eliminated.
Participants are expected to follow lawful directions, road rules, safety procedures and instructor directions while participating in driver training.
To the extent permitted by law, Beyond Limits Academy is not responsible for loss or damage arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control or from a participant's failure to comply with applicable laws, safety requirements or reasonable instructions.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, intellectual property associated with Beyond Limits Academy remains the property of Beyond Limits Academy or its respective rights holders.
This may include:
- Logos and branding
- Written website content
- Images and visual materials
- Videos and audio
- Training resources and educational materials
- Documents, templates and related business materials
These materials must not be reproduced, sold, commercially exploited or distributed without appropriate permission.
Limited personal and non-commercial use may be permitted where appropriate and where it does not infringe the rights of Beyond Limits Academy or another rights holder.
Changes to These Terms
Beyond Limits Academy may update or amend these Terms from time to time.
Updated terms become effective when they are published on our website, unless otherwise stated.
Continuing to access or use our services after updated Terms have been published may constitute acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.
